Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping across the UK

Shipping is free on every YUNA order to a United Kingdom address, with no minimum spend. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 3 PM (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM, at weekends or on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery within the United Kingdom takes 7–12 working days from dispatch. These are estimates: carrier delays and customs checks can occasionally add a day or two.

VAT and duties

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. VAT is included and there are no import charges or handling fees on delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. See Track your order for step-by-step help.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 working days, email info@yunagem.com with your order number. We will trace the parcel with the carrier and then either reship your order or refund it in full.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within one hour of ordering and we will fix it if the parcel has not yet been picked. Orders dispatched to an incorrect address usually cannot be recovered.
