<h3>1. Who we are</h3>
<p>yunagem.com (the “Site”) is operated by MVDT Trading Company V.O.F., trading as YUNA, Westerstraat 152, 1015 MP Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 97461121. VAT number NL868061554B01. Email <a href="mailto:info@yunagem.com">info@yunagem.com</a>. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “YUNA” mean MVDT Trading Company V.O.F.</p>
<h3>2. These terms</h3>
<p>By visiting the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.</p>
<h3>3. Eligibility</h3>
<p>You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.</p>
<h3>4. Products</h3>
<p>We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens, and handmade finishing means small variations between pieces are normal. Product availability is not guaranteed and we may withdraw or change products at any time.</p>
<h3>5. Prices and payment</h3>
<p>All prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT and include delivery. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Payment is taken at the time of order through a secure, encrypted checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.</p>
<p>If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you promptly if this happens.</p>
<h3>6. Orders and contract formation</h3>
<p>Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.</p>
<h3>7. Delivery</h3>
<p>Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a>, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.</p>
<h3>8. Returns, refunds and cancellation</h3>
<p>Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund Policy</a>, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.</p>
<h3>9. Warranty</h3>
<p>Every YUNA piece carries a 2-year colour warranty as described in our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund Policy</a>. This is in addition to your statutory rights.</p>
<h3>10. Accounts</h3>
<p>You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account.</p>
<h3>11. Acceptable use</h3>
<p>You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation or security.</p>
<h3>12. Intellectual property</h3>
<p>All content on the Site, including text, images, product photography, designs and the YUNA name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.</p>
<h3>13. Liability</h3>
<p>We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.</p>

<h3>15. Complaints and disputes</h3>
<p>If something goes wrong, email <a href="mailto:info@yunagem.com">info@yunagem.com</a> and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may be entitled to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider.</p>
<h3>16. Governing law</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of UK law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.</p>
