Shipping policy
<p>This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on yunagem.com, operated by MVDT Trading Company V.O.F. (trading as YUNA), Westerstraat 152, 1015 MP Amsterdam, the Netherlands.</p>
<h3>1. Where we ship</h3>
<p>We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.</p>
<h3>2. Shipping costs</h3>
<p>Shipping is free on every order to a United Kingdom address. There is no minimum spend. Shipping costs are included in the product price, so no delivery charge is added at checkout.</p>
<h3>3. Dispatch times</h3>
<p>Orders placed before 3 PM (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.</p>
<h3>4. Delivery times</h3>
<p>Delivery within the United Kingdom takes 7–12 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays and customs inspections can occasionally extend them.</p>
<h3>5. VAT, duties and fees</h3>
<p>All prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT. The amount you pay at checkout is the total amount payable: there are no import duties, customs charges or carrier handling fees payable on delivery.</p>
<h3>6. Tracking</h3>
<p>You will receive an email containing your tracking number within 24 hours of your parcel being dispatched. If you have not received it, check your spam folder and then contact us.</p>
<h3>7. Delayed or lost parcels</h3>
<p>If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 working days, email <a href="mailto:info@yunagem.com">info@yunagem.com</a> with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and then either reship your order or refund it in full.</p>
<h3>8. Incorrect addresses</h3>
<p>Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within one hour of ordering and we will correct it provided the parcel has not yet been picked. Orders dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by the customer usually cannot be recovered.</p>
